How It Works

Each estate sale begins with a free consultation from our experienced team.
We’ll conduct a thorough walk-through, assess the value of your estate’s items, and use our decades of expertise in pricing vintage and contemporary pieces to ensure a successful sale. Our goal is to get the property cleaned and ready for sale, renovation, or a fresh start.

During the consultation, we’ll also present a tailored marketing plan and share sample materials to show how we’ll attract the right buyers.

​On sale weekend, our friendly team will handle everything—from setup and signage (where permitted) to a full cleanup after each day.

We accept various payment methods, including Cash, VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, CashApp, Zelle, Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, and Google Pay, to make transactions easy for your customers and ensure a smooth, successful sale.

After the sale, you will receive an itemized transaction sheet and payment via check.
